Volunteer Telephone Befrienders come from all walks of life. They provide a friendly, confidential link for people who are geographically or socially isolated, to help them live as independently as possible.

Before the event, volunteers help plan, organise and promote the Festival During the Festival week, volunteers act as stewards, help with transport and refreshments during shows. Volunteers living locally also offer hospitality to performers. Call the Volunteer Centre for more information.
